I'm Rohan. I'm a Senior PM at FairMoney. Before that, Paytm. Before that, Bajaj Finance. Before that, an engineer who couldn't articulate why I wanted to be a PM — only that I did.

The journey from there to here was longer than it needed to be. Not because the work was hard — it wasn't — but because the guidance available was either too generic, too expensive, or written for people who already had the role.

This site is the version of that guidance that I wish had existed. It's specific. It's free where it can be. It's built for India, where 65% of PM aspirants will read it on a phone with patchy 4G, between a job they didn't choose and a job they want.
